The hotel was conveniently located next to the convention center, which made the business part of my travel very good. There are many restaurants close to the hotel, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic, but a good value for the rate. The water is only across the street, so if you are looking to get the best rate and not pay a premium for prime location, this is a good choice.
